Petition stop motor-bikers dangerously "under-taking" cars at speed - "think car"

This manoevure by speeding motor bikers is becoming very dangerous and I regularly see accidents thus happening every week on my journey to work which is on a 3 lane 50 mph limit road, yet these bikers are doing circa 70mph, whilst going in between other law-abiding trafiic doing the 50 mph.

About time that bikers "think car".

The action needed is to fine these bikers by camera and get them off the road.
