Rejected petition Regulate the motor trade for qualified persons only.

Many so called mechanics are charging people for a professional service and getting very substandard "completed work" this has adverse effect on the proper professionals thus giving the rest of the trade a bad name.
With this petition changes could be made to help improve puplic road safety.
