Petition Review sentencing to ensure it works for single victims of repeated abuse

I want the government to order a review of sentences for abuser. If they commit the same offence towards the same person repeatedly over a period of time, it should be treated much more seriously.

An offender who repeatedly abused children for 10 years was charged with only 11 counts of rape, but the abuse had taken place over 10 years. The amount of time the child has been abused needs to count. The abused child has lost those years. Those 10 years count.
