I am 23 years old. I have profound Learning Difficulties with complex health needs. Currently, I live at home with my mum and dad who provide a roof over my head, saving the government a huge amount of money.

The councils are using the term Fairer Contribution Financial Assessment for Social Care to charge disabled people extra money to balance their books. This is an indirect cut to my benefits as well as to my care package. The main principles of the Care Act are well- being, these charges are going to impact on health.
