Anybody claiming JSA should be made to work full time for their local authority or local charities, otherwise they shouldn't be paid any money. They should be made to work a minimum of 35 hours per week. If they refuse then they should have ALL benefits removed. They should also be drug tested, if they fail, they should be sent home as being unfit for work and ALL benefits removed. By working for their local community, they would gain valuable work experience as well as pride in their local area and in themselves.
