Rejected petition As the N Ireland MLA's refuse to do their job, should we continue to pay them?

In this age of austerity, is there any other UK job which entitles the employee to get paid for not carrying out their duties? Poor Arlene is evidently so bored that she's had to take to Twitter to spout the DUP bigotry which the party is so well known for. Let's save her from her boredom
