Petition Remove the Variable Speed limits from the motorways & remove all speed cameras

I have investigated the new emerging smart motorways across the UK and their use of variable speed limits & legend signs. I believe they are being misused and are causing a nuisance to drivers. The new system does not work, is chaotic & has major fallacies. The law harms innocent drivers.
