Closed Anyone on unemployment benefit to report to their local council at 9 am on weekdays for work

This will enable the local councils to assess all individuals, and distribute any tasks or jobs required in the area, a community hotline should be made available for local residents where requests for help can be made as a council service for free. This will help Britain get all its workforce back working and change the culture of living on benefits. Attendance is mandatory and failing to attend will result in benefits being removed or reduced. There should also be a performance related benefit to those who perform their tasks well. Further suggestions invited.
