Rejected petition change the law on adultery to include sexual intercourse between the same sex
The law recognises the act of adultery as sexual intercourse between a man and a woman. Therefore Same sex couples do not have equality in this law. Also a heterosexual couple where one partner cheats with someone from the same sex would not be able to claim adultery as grounds for divorce.
