Petition A new European airport in south-east England

More details

Pass legislation to enable the private funding of a new international airport, preferably in the Thames estuary, in exchange for a long lease to run it. The airport would provide the capacity increase required for future passengers to/from north-west Europe if linked by rail to the European rail network and the existing London international airports. The airport could then become the 'Europort of the air'.
