Petition Inspect and license all breeders of horses and ponies to prevent suffering

The government must introduce and enforce inspection and licensing of breeders to prevent cruel exploitative breeding of poor quality horses and ponies. The licensing fee will pay for the enforcement. Please lobby your MP and Michael Gove Minister for DEFRA responsible for horse welfare.
