Any MP / Lord convicted of expenses fraud should not be premitted to re-enter politics.

If a civil servant or any employee of a company is convicted for fraud and imprisoned they would lose their job.

Even a benefit claimant is sanctioned / penalised and therefore the same rules should apply to MP's / Lords for frauduently claiming public funds.
