Rejected petition Ban the sale of fireworks (explosives) to the general public

Many people start using fireworks 2-3 weeks at random times, thus how are creature owners to know when to use the nessescery treatments.
Also, I'm ex MOD, fireworks contain gunpowder of which can be used to create larger IEDs putting the public in danger!
