Rejected petition More police on our streets with power to stop crime not just to re-affend!

People dont feel safe anymore. Knife & gang crime is high, vandalism to properties happening all the time. Response time for police to attend not fast enough they dont have power to stop the criminal and NO deterrent prison is no punishment. People need to fight back to make England safer!
