Petition Require fathers who pay child support to be named on the birth certificate.
It seems today we have a very unfair systems in which a resident parent can prevent a non-resident parent from having any rights, prevent visitation and still claim money.
More details
If a mother knows who the father is, it should be a requirement that they are named on the birth certificate, before any claims for child support can be made.
Today we talk about how everyone should be treated equally, yet it seems unless you're the father of child out of wedlock. It equality of parents has been forgotten.
