Petition Abolish fines for parents requesting absence from school.

My mum wanted to take my three little sisters on holiday abroad. She nor my sisters have seen my grandmother in nine years, and now that have finally been able to save up to go during Christmas time, they risk being fined £60 per child per leave of absence.

All of my sisters have excellent attendance, why should my mum have to pay over £900 pounds for missing five days of school?
