Rejected petition Snapchat should ban users who snap and drive

There is an increasing amount of snapchat users who decide to post snapchat stories whilst they're driving. This is not only dangerous for the individual but also other road users and pedestrians. Snapchat should implement a mechanism to detect these users and put them on a ban from using the app.

Snapchat has the ability to detect human faces and animal faces. So why not implement a mechanism that can detect steering wheels while a car is in motion. Snapchat should also put in place a quick anonymous reporting system for this kind of snap; alerting snapchat of the user in question.
