Rejected petition Introduce legislation to make fireworks silent for animal protection

Animals can become extremely distressed & confused by the loud noises of fireworks. Household pets & livestock both can suffer from confusion, hearing impairment/damage with some animals even dieing because of the extreme stress. Other countries are doing this so why can’t we?
