Using someone else’s photos and private details on social media, dating sites and sex sites should be illegal. It causes distress to the person being impersonated, can be used in a malicious way like I have had done to myself.

I have had my photo uploaded, nick name only family members know me by, location and made up sexual interests added to sex dating sites claiming I’m unhappily married. By someone I know.

At the moment there is no law against this but this needs to change as it causes so much hurt and embarrassment, and is a nasty form of bullying.

People are also lured in by the photo and think they are talking to this person when they actually aren’t which again just causes hurt and embarrassment.
