Basically in order to save NHS money prevent those that have destroyed their bodies through drinking smoking or binge eating and drugs from receiving NHS treatment. If a person can afford these things they should then be able to afford to pay privately for treatment as why should those who care for their bodies pay for the minority who damage their bodies
