Blue Badge abuse has been going on for a long time, it is hard for enforcement officers to catch offenders.

If these badges are given to those that are in receipt of DLA only, they will be entitled to free motor tax as well. if a blue badge is present without a valid disable taxation disc then remove the badge from the occupant.
