Rejected petition Provide free menstrual products for all women and girls

137,000 girls regularly miss school because they can't afford pads or tampons, while 25% of all school girls use tissue or cotton wool instead. That this is happening in one of the richest countries in the world is appalling. Menstrual products are necessities so should be provided free of charge.
