Petition 65% majority referendum to approve the offer to leave EU or else stay in the EU
Lisbon Treaty Art 50 in effect needs 65% of remaining population to approve a state leaving. Therefore 65% of population leaving should approve
UK Companies Act 2006: 75% vote to change rules that govern its conduct with members. We are considering the relationship between the UK and its citizens
More details
2016 Referendum result: Leave 17,410,742 – 51.89%; Remain 16,141,241- 48.11% – just 3.78% in favour. This has been, and continues to be, a most divisive and disproportionate margin for the well being of the UK and its citizens
When the 2016 referendum was taken the campaign was generalised slogans and proclamations and could not clearly set out specific consequences and realities: which were at the time impossible to know. Now we know them
To end division and animosity we need clear majority
