Closed Make mandatory that vehicle manufacturers install remotely activated immobiliser

To assist with vehicles that 'fail to stop' for police and being used as weapons in terror attacks, all vehicles should be fitted with remotely activated immobilisers which can be activated by authorities or owners if thier vehicle is stolen or used in crime.

This will help prevent the many deaths we have seen in police pursuits and vehicles being used as weapons in recent terror attacks.
