Stalemate has been reached with regard to Brexit negotiations. It’s only fair that all UK citizens are aware of all the options available before March 2019. We all have a right to know if hypothetically article 50 can be revoked as a precautionary measure until an eventual agreement can be agreed

It is not clear whether article 50 can be revoked or even whether the 27 Member states will allow it - we need to ensure we are able make informed decisions regardless of people’s vote or another referendum or general election. There is no harm in exploring what our options are
