Petition Force Rail Ticketing to allow for WFH and Auto Delay/Cancellation Repayments

Our Rail ticketing is clearly out of date and the rail companies are failing
1) Automatic Repayments should be mandatory for Delays and Cancellations
2)With occasional Working From Home, tickets should be for a number of days usage not a calendar month or year

The last few year rail travel has been appalling, Southern started a scheme to automatically refund for delays, South Western Railway have stopped this without filling in forms needing completion. They have our details linked to the ticket, this should be an automatic process. Our ticketing is out of date and the rail companies are frankly failing.
