Petition Remove bylaw that means boat owners get prosecuted and fined as well as skippers

The IFCA’s that patrol and enforce out to 6 mile waters have introduced a new bylaw that means if a skipper is prosecuted for an offence that the owners of the boat automatically get convicted and fined if the skipper is found guilty. This is an injustice to the boat owners.

This is just a money making exercise for them and not in the best interest of the fishing industry. We need to stop this now
