Petition Change Dangerous Dog Act to exclude puppies from being detained under this act

A 4 month old puppy has been detained under the dangerous dog act after escaping from a garden onto a busy main road. Obviously scared and distressed, he hid under a stationary lorry.

Whilst he was being retrieved, he unfortunately bit a police officer.

Puppies are born in the litter, and they play with biting, it takes them a few month to learn about biting.
A scared dogs normal reaction is to bite to self defend
