Rejected petition Bring Back Concord

Concorde was the most brilliant piece of engineering humans have ever created and that has been in civilian use. It’s the Bugatti Veyron of airplanes. Of things that come to mind, only space shuttle tops the Concorde. I ask the British government to bring back this exceptional piece of Anglo-French engineering.

"Those of us who have lived in the age of the extraordinary Anglo-French flying machine will be able to tell our grandchildren: your new toys are well and good, but we had Concorde."
