People should no longer have to pay for a Licence Fee. It is unfair that it funds a limited number of organisations and seems particularly unfair if viewers do not wish to take these services.

Viewers should be allowed to choose whether they pay for a service, therefore the threat of legal action on failure to pay the Licence Fee should be withdrawn.

'Terrestrial television' should only be comprised of channels that fund themselves, allowing for truly free television.
