After a terrible experience with SCL where it seems no members of staff has any common sense. I would like the Government to review the system and develop it or provide an alternative company for students to use. With student fees going up it is important to have a reliable service that will provide the loan ON TIME, without offices that constantly have system failures and incorrect information.
