Rejected petition Change the law in the property market

We’ve sold our house 3 times and it’s fell through 3 times. It’s left us paying out a small fortune in fees for something that was out of our control. All for silly reason.

There is no law in place to stop people pulling out before exchanging contracts! There is nothing you can do. You are left the one who is paying... how is that right?
We’ve paid 3 times and none of them were are fault!!
