The Governments proposals to increase the time before an employee can claim unfair dismissal from 12 months to 24 months and to make employees pay for tribunals are an attempt to further strip employees of any rights.

If anything, employees derserve more rights. The british people are not 'missing the point'. We do not want 'a new economy and a new type of growth' at the expense of workers rights.
