Petition Fly tippers to have vehicles impounded and crushed

I would ask that government consider a law alllowing for the automatic impounding and crushing of vehicles used for illegal fly tipping.

Huge amounts of time and money are spent trying to get convictions for persistant fly tippers.
If an offender risks the loss of thier vehicle; hopefully they will think twice about commiting the offence in the first place, and if not; at least the tax payer will see a tangible punishment.

The vehicle used for the offence will no longer be available to be used for further illegal dumping.
