Rejected petition Police parent and child car parking spaces so they aren't used incorrectly.

As a new parent I understand the importance of having extra space around the car when parking in public places. On numerous occasions we have not been able to find a parent and child space usually due to people parking in them without a child. This should only be accepted if the person is disabled.
