Petition HGVs restricted to first two lanes of motorways & be restricted at peak times.

HGVs, vehicles above 7.5 tonnes, cause restricted traffic flow when overtaking on motorways during busy periods. HGVs should be restricted to the 1st lane during peak hours, using overhead signage, and should not be able to enter the third lane on four lane motorways.

These restrictions are already in place all over the European motorway network and help traffic flow.
