Rejected petition Make Student Landlords pay Basic Council Tax

With Council tax forever rising and us the taxpayer made to pay its about time that Student landlords pay their fair share.

They use the same services as we do and in student towns this could raise much needed revenue for the council to put towards services instead of cutting them
