Rejected petition Change the law so Unions cannot simply disrupt key infrastructure without cost.
The RMT Union has held strike days on consecutive Saturdays in 2018, disrupting the public while providing no alternative means of transport. Unions should be liable for providing full alternative arrangements for users. Strikes can be safety critical if there is no visibility leaving users stranded
