Petition Introduce a system for SIA's to give police more support

Here in my town there are street wardens but after 8pm they sign out they are sia too and from that there is not enough support to the police on busy thursay friday and saturday nights and at times it can be hard to keep the public safe

I believe there should be more powers for us SIA's like carrying handcuffs and powers of arrest giving out 24 hour town/city bans for behaviours ect and be on pertols and giving police more support and numbers to keep public safe
A police offer said last weekend he was 1 of 10 on duty with 60 cases to deal with on going and over 100 999 callers also tonight there is another team for club pertol of 6 offercers but that's not really enough to keep the public safe in a busy town
