Petition National insurance lottory

If every tax payer opted into this and had £1 deducted from there earnings each week ie via tax or NI.

Each week the government would pick 10,000 or so lucky tax/NI payers to recieve a cash tax free sum like premium bonds or lottery jackpot prize using aprox 49% of the funds raised and 1% to me if possible and the rest of the money raised to help get this country out of debt, And help with health care and to give free prescriptions to the tax payer, invest in learning, to create new industries and invest in banking to make the money work more for the nation and to help those who put in and work for a living the chance to get something back for a change !!

So please sign up and bring the Great into Britain !!!
