Petition stem cell treatment should be free on NHS for all who suffer with cerebral palsy

I suffer with cerebral palsy. I have difficulties in my coordination and speech. I am mentally sound and active but feel restricted as I cannot fulfil my ambitions and desires. I would urge the NHS to allow us Human Rights and make stem cell treatment available for adults like me and children.
