Rejected petition Clamp down on those parking in disabled bays in supermarkets without blue badges

Every time I go to a supermarket or other places with a private car park disabled bays are full of cars without blue badges, despite warnings of fines. My son is a wheelchair user and has the same problem. Bradford council give instant tickets on their land.
