Earnings, defined as total amounts of money paid in a fiscal year, in whatever form, to be capped at £100,000. This will apply to all employees whose earnings are taxpayer funded, including central and local government, NHS, fire and police services, Quango's, and any other agency. Employees currently earning more than this amount shall have their earnings reduced to the cap level within 12 months. Capped earnings to rise in line with inflation data used to calculate State Pension.
