Rejected petition EU No Deal No Pay Up by the UK of £39 Billion

It seems quite obvious that the E U does not want us to leave and they are giving us such a hard time in leaving, this is most likely to deter any other country leaving

Us the public only understand a little of what is involved ie. Hard Brexit, soft Brexit, Northern Ireland border.

Can we start a scheme that all will understand, just tell the E U no deal no pay up, 39 billion has been muted, we in the U K have in the past overpaid into the EU so no more should be due.
