Petition Save Britain's Motorways from terrible driving with regular reminders.

Britain's Motorways are congested, but this isn't helped by terrible drivers. Slow driving and lane hogging can be worse than speeding. Speeding is policed with signs and fines. Do the same and regularly remind drivers on digital displays and bridges to speed up or keep left. Simple but effective.
