Rejected petition Dads in the uk are being punished by the mothers of there children.

Me and my daughter mother’s was in a relationship what wasn’t good for either of us. We went out separate ways but I found out she was pregnant. She kept my daughter away from me witb no reason for a 9 months and let me see her for 5 months and has taken her away again with no reason again.

Dads in the uk should have to be place on the birth certificate upon birth of the child. Dna required unless certainty of the father. Fathers should get 50/50 standard unless said father/judge have been shown evidence on why he’s not fit to be alone with his son/daughter. It’s not fair that woman get to dicate our relationship with our kids. Especially when the dad is someone who is trying his hardest to be part of their baby’s life. Especially when he’s not a danger to himself and anyone else.
