Rejected petition Right of Recall

More details

Voters should be empowered to recall their parliamentary representative at any time, subject to defined safeguards to prevent nuisance petitions. The suggestion is that if sufficient voters in a constituency sign a petition to request it, the member should be recalled and subject to a vote of confidence by the electorate in their constituency.
