Mr Bercow already operates against a backdrop of bullying aligations, which in and of itself should be enough to suspend him. Futhermore, he has shown clear, unacceptable bias in the Brexit process with his decision to allow an attempt to change the rules for the resumed "meaningful vote" debate.
