Rejected petition Scotland out of Europe

We the people of the Scotland believe that a loss of Sovereign power to the peoples of Scotland will come about if the proposed annexing of the Crowns is furthered by the Devolved Parliament in it`s proposed Independance Bill.
We call upon the UK Government to ensure that should the Bill come before the UK Parliament the Parliament will ensure that a clause is inserted in the debate giving the peoples of Scotland the right to vote to remain in or out of the European Union and Euro Zone .
