Petition Fund voice altering surgery on the NHS for transgender people.

I feel that the NHS should fund voice altering surgery as part of the standard transition process as for many transgender people the voice is one of the more prominent things that make them stand out in day to day life. Having this would help relieve the symptoms and allow them to have better lives
